RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle commercial litigation and construction law matters with a high level of competence.
- Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from inception to resolution, with minimal oversight.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and construction law.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
